The software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any data loss, corruption, or other damages arising from use of the software.

Your content

All notes and content you create belong to you. Since Meridian stores everything locally, we have no access to your data and no ability to recover it if lost.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the software constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
